Q: How often are lessons?
A: Lesson are every week, at the same time each week.

Q: How long are lessons?
A: Lessons typically last 30 min., unless student is in need of an hour lesson.

Q: How much are lessons?
A: Please see our “Pricing, Times, and Services” page.

Q: What if I need to miss a lesson?
A: If you need to miss a lesson, please let the studio know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelations made the day-of or students who do not show up will still be required to pay the full lesson fee.

Q: Are there age limitations on the Group/Community classes?
A: There are no set restrictions on the classes. As long as your student can sit through the entire class without causing disruptions, all are welcomed!

Q: Are there age limitations on private/group instruction?
A: This varies depending on the student and the instrument. Piano typically starts at age 5, sometimes 4 depending on the student. Guitar starts around age 7 or 8, depending on the student.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: Cash, check, Venmo.

Q: Who do I make the check out to?
A: KP Music Studio.

Q: What instruments do you teach?
A: Almost everything. KP Music Studio does not teach harp, or banjo (yet). Voice is currently a Summer-only option.
