KP Music Studio Policies:

·     Be on time for your lessons – missed time will not be made up so that everyone can stay on schedule.

·     Payment is due at the beginning of each month for the entirety of the month. KP Music Studio accepts cash, Venmo, checks made out to “KP Music Studio,” and debit/credit cards. There is a small service fee for cards.

·     Monthly fees stay consistent for every month. Most months have 4 weeks in them, some have 5, some have 3. All fees even out by the end of the year, totaling 48 paid weeks.

·     There are no free make ups for missed lessons. Teachers must be paid for the time you have reserved whether there is a student there or not. If you would like a make-up for a missed lesson, one can be scheduled, as time allows, for an additional $30 lesson fee.

. We adhere to the Graham ISD school schedule for Winter Closures. If school/lessons are cancelled due to winter weather, make-up lessons are not obligatory. We do not control the weather. Our goal is to keep students, staff, and families safe!

·     Students are required to practice at home. Our suggestion is to play each assigned song 3 times through daily, at least 5 days a week.

·     If a student opts out of lessons mid-month or with money still on their lesson account, refunds are not given.

·     You can earn free lessons by making referrals to your friends! Once a new student pays for their first month at your recommendation, you get a free lesson credit on your next month. There is no limit to this (if 10 new people sign up, you get 10 free lessons).

·     KP Music Studio audio/video-records all lessons for liability purposes.

·     KP Music Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
